After your free introductory coaching consultation, we will work with a program called "Personal Foundation" for creating a strong and solid personal foundation for the second half of your life. Choose the plan that works for you located on my fees page. We will work with the "Personal Foundation" program sent through emails (one new lesson per week) so that you can experience results as soon as possible.
